I will just group my reviews since I love them all. I’m a 70 year old female with bad back, aching knees and sometimes sore feet - nothing serious just limiting. I first bought the leg sleeping pillow and loved it as my back felt noticeably better in the morning. My only complaint was not having the flexibility to but it on and off so I was thrilled when you introduced the pillow case with a stretchy Velcro strap and I ordered it immediately- it is a game changer for getting the pillow on. Since I was ordering I also included the relax/compression socks. I was hesitant as my experience with compression socks was that you needed to be an Olympic gymnast to put them on and off - not the case with these they are easy on and the compression is just relaxing. Last I bought the knee massager and love it! I use it and the socks every night as in sit up in bed reading before turning in. No more aching knees keeping me awake. Great products!
The heat, massage, and traction elements work very well. I have tried both the auto and manual settings. Having the operation buttons on the cushion makes it awkward to turn on or make adjustments (because you’re lying on top of them and can’t see them). A remote would improve the experience (or, at the very least, an extension to the side of the cushion). Also, a longer power cord would be great.
More powerful than expected. During the massage I found myself automatically taking deep relaxing breaths as the pain in my back subsided.
Relaxing and helpful. After a 15-minute session with SmoothSpine, I'm warned up to do my exercise routine! Or .... Take a nap!!

I cannot believe the difference . For seven years I have tried belts, braces, therapy, chiropractors with little success. The good news is my pain has been reduced a great deal the bad news it took seven years to feel as badly as I did so I know I have a way to go. This has made a very positive impact and if I feel this way in six months I will indeed sing the Smoothspines praises

I have only had my Smokth Spine for a little over a week. I’ve been using it daily. I’m amazed at the reduction in my back pain in such a shirt period of time. I don’t usually write product reviews, but felt compelled to this time.
I love this massager. Actually have some positive relief. My only complaint is the heat gets too hot. But I switch to the other mode and continue with massage.

The massage and heat functions are excellent and provide comfort quickly. The roller however is too aggressive for me and I use it only sparingly.
Has not helped so much with sciatica and neuropathy, but has really helped my back.
It makes my back feel better. However I have serious stenosis so I like it for comfort…

Love the SmoothSpine device. The massage is good, though it would be nicer if it were longer; the heat is WONDERFUL; and the compression process really helps. I had an issue with my first unit and after a fact-finding work-through, a new unit was shipped...the new unit worked perfectly! My issue has not gone away...but it is much more controllable with the SmoothSpine unit. I highly recommend it!!
I was suffering with sciatica pain. I went to an orthopedic doctor and they suggested physical therapy and pain medicine. I saw the pillow on Facebook and ordered. My pain was nearly gone when I finally got the pillow but I’ve been using it and it has helped immensely! Plus I saved money because I didn’t have to have any physical therapy!
I was able to walk without a cane 1 day after starting use of this pillow. It has made my balky left knee more pain-free daily, my hips stay in line all week, and my herniated L2/L3 are less troublesome. TRULY A LIFESAVER!
