SmoothSpine had giving me great relief with my back pain. Using the auto feature, which cycles through 3 different modes has been better than advertised. Laying down to get a good night's sleep was difficult. Turning on SmoothSpine before going to sleep relaxes my back so I can finally get a good night's rest. The only problem I've had is the rest of my family keep taking it. A solid 5 rating. I would highly recommend...
