The heat, massage, and traction elements work very well. I have tried both the auto and manual settings. Having the operation buttons on the cushion makes it awkward to turn on or make adjustments (because you’re lying on top of them and can’t see them). A remote would improve the experience (or, at the very least, an extension to the side of the cushion). Also, a longer power cord would be great.

I’m a retired plumber and have been dealing with back pain for years. My chiropractor and doctors have told me that I have degenerative disc.
