I really love my Smooth spine. I have definitely seen results in the two weeks and pray that it will continue. I use it twice a day for 15 to 20 minutes. The only downside I have with it I do wish it had a timer and automatic shut off. At the same time I realize it would be more expensive. But I am very happy I purchased one and highly recommend it.
